Why a yacht for corporate

A venue that moves with the agenda

Conference rooms feel the same in every city. A yacht does not. The deck is the venue, the route is the entertainment, and the crew runs the day so the company host can sit down with the team. We have run team-building days for software companies, board offsites for funds, client-thank-you days for property firms, and brand launches for watch and fashion houses.

Team sizes and the yacht for each

Six to ten guests fit comfortably on a Sunseeker Manhattan 52 or Predator 52. Twelve to sixteen on a Manhattan 66 or Predator 72. Larger team days (24 to 40 guests) need two yachts in convoy or a sport-cat day boat. Browse the Malta fleet and we shortlist three yachts that fit.

Branded set-ups

Linens, throws, freestanding banner, branded welcome gift, custom catering and printed menu cards. We work with one local supplier for branded textiles and another for printed collateral; both can produce inside a 72-hour window. Clean visual brief in advance is the only constraint.

Half day, full day, or multi-day

Half-day corporate runs (4 hours) suit short networking events. Full-day runs include a swim stop, lunch on board, and the route around Comino or Gozo. Multi-day offsites use the Sunseeker 86 or the Tansu 124 with the crew running an itinerary across Malta plus Sicily or the Aeolian Islands.

Common questions

Corporate booking details

How many guests fit on a corporate charter?
Most yachts in our fleet are licensed for 12 to 16 guests at sea. For larger corporate days (20 to 60 guests) we run two yachts in convoy or move to a sport-cat option for the day. Tell us the team size and we shortlist the yachts that fit.
Can you brand the yacht with our company set-up?
Yes. The aft deck supports table linens, branded throws, signage on a freestanding banner, custom welcome bags at each seat, branded catering, and discrete sponsor placement on the photographer's run. We do not modify the hull or remove the yacht's name plate.
Is AV / sound on the aft deck possible?
Yes for small groups (up to 20). The yacht's Bluetooth speaker covers a casual presentation; for a real keynote we bring a portable PA, two wireless mics, and a small monitor. Power is from the yacht's inverter. Confirm slide content one day before so the captain plans the anchor for shade.
Do you invoice the company directly?
Yes. We issue a VAT-compliant Maltese invoice in the company name with line items for the yacht, crew, catering, water toys and any extras. Settlement is by bank transfer; corporate card on request. A 50 percent deposit confirms the booking.
What is included in the corporate day rate?
Yacht, captain, deckhand, current papers and insurance, route plan, basic refreshments, towels, snorkels and the standard kit. Catering, premium drinks, branded set-up, AV rig, photographer, water toys and any port fees outside the standard cruising area are billed on top.
