Start with the headcount. A 28 foot Axopar carries up to eight guests for a fast Comino run. A 50 to 70 foot motor yacht works for ten to twelve guests with shade and a salon. Day boats like the Axopar 37 are open, fast, and built for swimming and short hops. Motor yachts have shade, full bathrooms, indoor saloons, larger crews, and more range. For a relaxed full day, a motor yacht wins. For speed and quick beach hops, a day boat is enough.

Yes. The headline rate is lower because fuel, crew size, and harbour fees are smaller. Once you split the cost across the group, the per guest price often lands close on different sizes. Tell us the budget and the group and we suggest the sweet spot.

Yes. The Tansu Caladan and a few of the larger Sunseekers accept day charters. In peak summer some owners ask for two or three day minimums. The day rate is higher and includes the chef, the hostess, and the tender driver. We confirm what is open for your dates.

Yes. Every yacht we list runs with a fully licensed captain and the right number of crew for the boat. Larger yachts add a hostess, a chef, and a tender driver. You never bring your own skipper.

Fuel runs at cost based on the route. Harbour fees at the home port are included. Stops at any other marina pass through at the real cost. We tell you what fuel and any extra fees will run before you commit.

Day boats and sport cruisers run at 25 to 35 knots. Larger motor yachts cruise at 18 to 22 knots and top out near 28. The Tansu Caladan moves at a steady 14 knots since it is built for comfort and range over speed.

Yes. The SACS Strider 15, the Brabus Shadow 900, the Axopar 45 Cross-Top, and the Axopar 37ST Brabus Line all run as fast sport boats. Tight groups who want speed and the option to tuck into small Gozo or Comino bays usually pick one of those.

Many of the eighty foot plus boats carry inflatable slides, sea bobs, paddle boards, and large sun pads. A few superyachts have a deck jacuzzi as standard. Tell us the extras you want and we filter the fleet to the boats that have them.

Yes. We charter yachts regularly for brand launches, photo and film shoots, conference dinners, and team incentives. The crew works with your producer for shots, catering, and timing. We arrange the permits and any commercial fees with the marina.

On many days, yes. The captain checks the anchorage at the closest cove to your villa, sends the tender for the group, and runs the day from there. There is a small extra charge for the tender run, confirmed in the quote.

Yes, this is the cleanest way to enjoy the boat. Multi day charters often unlock better daily rates and let the captain plan a longer route, for example Malta to Gozo and back, or two nights at anchor. Send your dates and we quote the package.
