Group party day on a private yacht in Malta
Party · Private Charter

Party yacht charter in Malta, on a private deck.

A full day at sea with the crew running it, the music your call, the route built around stops not distance. Bachelor and bachelorette weekends, milestone birthdays, and group celebrations all fit.

A private deck instead of a venue

The yacht is the party

Beach clubs in Malta close at midnight, the music gets capped at ten, and the table next to yours might be a stag party from a different group. A private yacht is a different category — your group, your music, your route, your timing. The captain runs the day; you run the playlist.

Group sizes that work

Most party charters land between eight and sixteen guests on a single yacht. For larger groups (20 to 30) we run a sport-cat or two yachts in convoy that meet at the same anchor for the lunch swim. Anything larger needs a different format — talk to us about it.

Music, DJ, and sound

Every yacht in the fleet has Bluetooth speakers. For the bigger sound a DJ wants we bring a portable rig and a sound engineer for the day. The captain manages the volume when anchored close to shore so Maltese harbour-master rules stay clean.

Best yachts for a party

The Sunseeker 86 Jupju is the most-asked party yacht — flybridge, big aft deck, salon for the cool, sun beds on the foredeck. The Manhattan 73 and Predator 72 also fit. For sport-style groups the Axopar 45 Cross Top runs fast and is built for a punchy day.

Routes built around stops

The standard party route is Sliema, then Comino for a long swim stop at Crystal Lagoon, then San Niklaw for lunch, then a slow run along the Gozo cliffs at golden hour. The captain holds at each stop as long as the group wants. Tell us the energy and we shape the route to it.

Drinks, catering, and the bar

Bring your own or let us stock the yacht. We work with one local supplier who handles delivery to the dock the morning of the charter. Catering options run from a simple platter lunch to a private chef on board — see the prices page for ranges.

Bachelor and bachelorette format

A full day on the water with one captain, no cover charges, no door queue, no missed photos. We run multiple bachelor and bachelorette charters every week of the season. Tell us the brief — group size, day, energy — and we send a yacht and a route inside the hour.

Common questions

Party charter details

How many guests fit on a party yacht charter?
Most yachts are licensed for 12 to 16 guests at sea. Larger groups (up to 30) work on a sport-cat day boat. We do not run charters above the licensed capacity — Maltese harbour rules are strict and the captain will not depart over-capacity.
Can we have a DJ on board?
Yes for full-day charters, on a portable rig set up on the aft deck. The yacht's own Bluetooth speakers are fine for smaller groups (up to 12). Music must respect Maltese harbour noise limits when the yacht is anchored close to shore — the captain manages the volume.
Can we drink alcohol on board?
Yes. Bring your own or we arrange a stocked bar service. The captain does not drink during the charter. Glass bottles are fine on board; we discourage them in the swim platform area for safety.
Best route for a party day?
Sliema to Comino with a long swim stop at the Blue Lagoon, San Niklaw lunch, then a sunset run along the Gozo cliffs. The route is fast enough to keep the day moving but flexible enough that the captain can hold at any anchor for as long as the group wants.
What about bachelor and bachelorette parties?
We run them weekly through the season. The yacht is the venue, the captain is the responsible adult, and the day fits the route to the energy of the group. Tell us the brief and we shortlist the right yacht and route.
